Another croissant with seasonal fruits and ricotta had made my day 🙂
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 croissants
- 2 peaches
- 3 spoons ricotta
- rosemary
- 2 spoons honey
- spoon butter
Roast sliced peaches in butter with honey for 3 minutes, add some rosemary. Slice croissants horizontally and place ricotta and roasted fruits in, pour some syrup over. Delicious!
