HONEY ROASTED PEACH CROISSANT WITH RICOTTA

D71A7971Another croissant with seasonal fruits and ricotta had made my day 🙂

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 croissants
  • 2 peaches
  • 3 spoons ricotta
  • rosemary
  • 2 spoons honey
  • spoon butter

Roast sliced peaches in butter with honey for 3 minutes, add some rosemary. Slice croissants horizontally and place ricotta and roasted fruits in, pour some syrup over. Delicious!
